How do I know if I am eligible to participate?

SmartFlex Rewards runs year round. To participate, you must:

- Be a PG&E residential electric customer with an eligible Wi-Fi enabled thermostat
- Have an always-on Wi-Fi network
- Use your smart thermostat to control eligible home equipment.
 - Not be a participant in another PG&E energy incentive program or with another smart thermostat energy management provider.
